Sometimes it is hard for me to believe that Katherine Kwei’s handbag line is still in its infancy. After all, the collection was launched just two short years ago. But with all the posts I have seen over at TBF about these handbags, I certainly wouldn’t have known it. Even Jennifer was bitten with the Katherine Kwei bug. I know of at least one bag from this designer that has made its way into her own, personal collection. It turns out, however, that Katherine Kwei isn’t just new to the world of handbags — she is new to Luna Boston as well! And check out this beauty they currently have available for Pre-Order. It’s called the Katherine Kwei Joyce Carry-All. This gorgeous handbag has given the fringe trend a much more refined look. The knotted fringe detail is so elegant and chic. Normally when I think of fringe, I think hippie. However, this beauty is anything BUT hippie! Dress it up or dress it down, it is totally unique and yet perfect for every day use! And the color is absolutely to die for! Of course, I have always been a bit partial to anything teal/turquoise. But I think it looks so lovely on this bag, especially when it is paired with the silvery accents. The Katherine Kwei Joyce Carry-All measures 18″ x 11″ x 6″ and it comes with a 24″ long, adjustable strap. Find it in Teal, Brown, or Black at Luna Boston. It retails for $625.The Chat: Kwei Joyce!

Emilio Pucci Large Printed Canvas Tote
I was thrilled when I ran into this tote bag by Emilio Pucci, thank goodness for prints this fall.A while back I mentioned to you Bagista’s one of the latest pieces to hit the Pucci rack, it was this not so pretty Emilio Pucci Denim Bag. How could I have doubted the House of Pucci, of course they we’re going to feed us some fun and modern prints for the coming season.Vibrant golds with classic black prints are found on the Large Printed Canvas Tote. The prints create an illusion of oversized florals and the distressed appearance creates a vintage vibe to this tote. Besides the updated prints the bag itself seems to have a new look to it. The common canvas Pucci tote lacked the zipped top and exterior pockets that can be found on this newbie, and of course, theirs no complaining to that.Although this piece is not yet available for sale (you can pre-order it instead), I won’t be looking forward to obtaining this tote bag for fall. It’s the cheery colors and flower prints that screams summer to me, as I’d rather give into a luscious dark leather bag with studs instead. If you don’t mind these prints for fall, this newbie retails at $550 and can be purchased: Here @ SaksFifthAvenueThe Chat: Pucci Tote!

Marc Jacobs Studded Stardust Cecilia Satchel
Marc Jacobs has done it again by bringing us another beautiful Cecilia Satchel. This time the satchel is purple and studded. The bag is absolutely gorgeous, but it would of been better if I discovered this bad when the “stud trend” was at it’s height. I’ve always said though, not to follow trends and wear whatever you want at any moment. If you love studs, then you most likely will love this purse.I love this bag, but I think if it came in black with gold studs it would look even more fabulous! Plus, you can match a black handbag with just about anything, whereas you can’t with purple.I think the style and shape of this bag are absolutely amazing, but looks can be deceiving. By looking at the picture of the handbag, I would think that the bag is pretty big, and spacious. When in reality, as soon as you turn the bag to the side you can see how it’s not very wide. It’s obvious you wouldn’t be able to fit much of anything in this bag. Perhaps you could fit your keys, makeup bag, wallet and I’m not sure what else. If this bag was a little wider, it would be perfect! The Marc Jacobs Studded Stardust Cecilia Satchel can be purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue for $1,475, which is a normal price for Marc Jacobs bags. Beautiful bag, I just wish it came in black!See the Marc Jacobs Studded Stardust Cecilia Satchel at: Saks Fifth AvenueThe Chat: Marc Jacobs Stardust!
